Objectives
1. To prepare postgraduates to be a compassionate pediatric nurse, competent nurse educator, researcher and administrator
2. To prepare graduates to provide family centered comprehensive nursing care to children.
3. To plan, implement, and evaluate courses related to the department.
4. To ensure excellent academic performance and overall development of students in both theory and clinical skills towards caring children
5. To procure and monitor utilization of resources, for effective functioning of the department.
6. To participate actively in promotion of independent and collaborative research.
7. To facilitate professional growth of faculty.
